Well, we were somewhat blown away when we started Partners Club because we were made to realize that we didn't know the numbers in our firm that we needed to know to have a successful law firm and a successful business. And so, when we went ... came to our first Partners Club event and he was asking the attendees what certain numbers were within their firm, we were embarrassed because we didn't know.
After that first event, we made sure we knew exactly what those numbers were because those numbers are enlightening as to the health of your business. So, we've really have enjoyed Partners Club because we're getting so much out of knowing what numbers we need to manage, number one, and then, what I just described comes from Richard James. The other part of what you get from Partners Club is interacting and networking with the other members who have sometimes a very similar practices, sometimes very different practices, but you can ask them any question you want and everyone here is very giving and generous of any help they can provide to you.

The first time I met Richard, first time I came out one of these events, what really struck me was his force of personality. How I got here is I was part of this free webinar. I got some email, because I'm getting thousands of emails from Richard, but I said, "Okay, let me do the webinar, let me see what this guy says." It was kind of like a light bulb went off. I'm like, man, I'm about to hire somebody just to do that. You've already fixed the problem. You've probably saved me, in all reality, two, three thousand dollars a month to not hire that person. In one conversation on the first day, the trip was worth it. The trip was completely worth the air fare, the hotel, just one conversation on the first day. I'm more than happy. Every day's getting better and better and better.
