The language we use is that of an entrepreneurial attorney. This is not a legal exam, a brief the defense counsel or judge will read or a disposition that if answered incorrectly can cause your client’s case harm. So, do your best and if you don’t know, take a sophisticated guess.

For the questions that offer a 0 – 10 option, if you choose “0”, it represents that the statement is not relevant to you or your firm. If you choose a “10”, that means you definitely agree with that statement.

Where we offer the opportunity to provide a short answer, please feel free to be as descriptive as possible. In order for us to provide clarity and direction we’ll need as complete a picture as possible.

The goal of this analysis tool is to identify a baseline for where your firm is today and to determine where there are opportunities in your firm to help you achieve the goals you wish to achieve tomorrow.
