Eighty years ago, author Napoleon Hill first unveiled his notion of the “mastermind group” in what would become his classic Think and Grow Rich. His mastermind concept continues to empower business professionals all across the globe, and, in my experience, I've found that entrepreneurial lawyers draw incredible benefit by belonging to one of these groups.
What Is a Mastermind Group?
A mastermind group is a collective of likeminded individuals who regularly come together for the purpose of mutual encouragement, collaboration and furthering of shared interests.
This type of community provides an excellent space to receive advice from peers, opportunities to collaborate and form joint ventures-and, importantly, no one has to feel like they are “going it alone.” Many professionals see their mastermind group as their “secret weapon,” a way to tap into a pool of wisdom far greater than the sum of its parts.
How You Can Benefit from a Mastermind
