MESA, AZ–“Legal systems expert” Richard James now offers four services to professional service providers across the country thanks to the expansion of the east valley company. Established last year in Gilbert, Richard James’ Automated Business Results now offers custom outbound calling services to clients all over the US.
Outbound calling complements Your Practice Mastered (YPM)—a learn-on-your-own coaching program, one-on-one-with-Richard-James personal business coaching and custom Infusionsoft builds to manage marketing and CRM functions as a mainstay business service.
Automated Business Results, founded one year ago, has outgrown its Gilbert offices having added seven new employees to total 10 relocating to the Bank Of American building on Alma School Rd. in Mesa.
Richard James found in working with his clients that outbound calling was necessary to convert valuable unconverted leads and that service was not readily available in the marketplace. Automated Business Results began offering these services to limited clients in May. The program’s success has led to ABR now offering professional, full-service outbound calling services.
